With a few other colleagues, I've developed Wigwam's yearly Summer Academy for communication strategists, change agents and agile teams or anyone interested in those topics. Four days outside of Berlin, eight workshops, small group sessions, a BarCamp in the end and a restriction to 35 participants provide the right atmosphere, the professional input and enough time for exchange to create a rewarding and unique learning experience.

My Part: Event concept, marketing, copy-writing for communication materials, event management, host and facilitator of the entire event including two workshops on collective leadership and communication strategy.
