Lebenshilfe e.V. was planning on launching a digital self-help platform for relatives of people with disabilities and a Turkish migration background. To fully understand the target group and their needs, two colleagues of mine and I created a six-month exploration and conception process with a focus group. Following a human-centered approach instead of bypassing the actual user, gave us a lot of insight and substantially increased the quality of the platform.
